Ferrari F2008 New Nose Cone

Ferrari revealed their new nose cone design on its F2008 during a test at Barcelona, Spain today. They also tested out slicks, as they will be making a comeback in 2009. As a result, Felipe Massa posted the fastest lap of the day, beating out his closest competitor, Alex Wurz of Honda, by two seconds.
The holes in the nose cone are used to channel high pressure airflow over the top of the chassis and to the rear wing, resulting in more downforce.
